I came into Dr Nakano’s office having been referred by a friend. I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder pain for a good part of 20 years, seen an orthopedic surgeon, and a regenerative medicine doctor and was about to under go more extensive treatment to get rid of the pain but came as a last effort to a route of less invasive treatment. Dr Nakano spent 2.5 hours with me on my first appointment. Connected all the dots as to why I was having pain where I was and it all started to make sense finally! After my first adjustment I could feel all the muscles that were causing me pain start to release over the next few days, and my body going back into alignment. I didn’t realize how out of whack I was - all from an accident 25 years ago I had dismissed. I haven’t felt like myself - pain free for years. I’d highly recommend a visit. Dr Nakano is super patient, knowledgeable and kind, and has a busy practice.

Doctor Nakano restored my mobility after 6 mos. of barely walking, due to an injury which created extreme nerve pain in both legs, from glutes to feet. I literally thought my active days were over, which for me was devastating. After the first visit, I was 90% improved. Within 2 months I was back to running, boxing and working out.
